A Cincinnati native, Mr. Feldman graduated cum laude from the University of Cincinnati in 1973. He continued his education at Boston University Law School where he received his Juris Doctorate degree in 1976.
Mr. Feldman relocated to Cleveland and was admitted to the Ohio Bar in November of 1976. Soon thereafter, he joined the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas as a staff attorney for two Judges. After two and a half years, he left the Court to begin practicing law, and has been with his partner, Ernie Lallo since then.
Mr. Feldman has handled thousands of personal injury and criminal cases, gaining valuable experience in many Court trials. Experience of working in the Court system laid the foundation for a successful, professional relationship with many Cuyahoga County Judges, bailiffs and Court personnel, as well as Judges in other counties including: Ashtabula, Lake, Summit, Portage, Geauga, Lorain, and Medina. Additionally, over 27 years of handling personal injury cases has helped me develop a mutually respectful relationship with insurance defense counsel, as well as hundreds of insurance adjusters."
It is necessary to educate clients as much as possible about how the legal system works. This can eliminate many client fears, which builds trust. Trust is an important cornerstone of a positive and fruitful relationship between us and our clients.
